Favorite Business Apps and Tools
Our favorite business tool EVER is Kajabi. It’s truly an all-in-one system and can be used for your website, emails, landing pages and to house all of your online programs and content. All of our course portals are housed on Kajabi, and it’s helped us serve a thriving community of more than 7500 students.
For high-converting landing pages, we use and love Leadpages. It’s our favorite list-building tool, and the drag-and-drop feature makes it super simple to create landing pages that work for any kind of opt-in. We also love how easily you can track your stats so you know you’re getting the most leverage from your landing page.
For beautiful business cards, stand-out stationary and marketing materials, MOO is our go-to.
All sustainable businesses need to keep an eye on the dollars and cents! Freshbooks provides a convenient all-in-one bookkeeping solution by allowing you to easily track expenses plus send out beautifully branded invoices in less than 30 seconds. You can also set recurring invoices and even keep track of time spent on projects.
We send all our email sequences and campaigns via ConvertKit. It’s the perfect intuitive emailing system for non-techy biz owners. The tagging and automation features are super simple to navigate and won’t leave you wanting to pull your hair out.
If you can’t be with your clients in person, sending them a video message is the next best option. We use BombBomb to create personal video messages to get to know our audience on a deeper level.
A smooth calendaring system can save you tens of thousands of dollars a year in admin fees. Before we switched to Acuity, team members used to say that dealing with the company calendar was like “playing a crazy game of Tetris.” Now it’s easy for our clients to book appointments without us having to manually schedule anything!
Journaling is a powerful way to process your thoughts and keep your mind clear. I’ve found no better tool for success in business than the Word of God, and Lara Casey’s beautiful Write the Word journals will support you in getting into the Bible each day while also giving you space to apply God’s teachings to your own life and business.
For sales pages, our tool of choice is Instapage. Create beautiful and high-converting sales pages based on a full library of adjustable templates, or customize your page to your exact specifications.

Facebook® advertising is one of the fastest, most effective ways you can grow your online business. We have used and love Tara Zirker’s Successful Ads Club membership as a training resource for you to learn ads and get ongoing feedback and support as you run your own ads. We also recommend that all online business owners have at least a basic understanding of FB advertising, and Tara’s program keeps it streamline and easy-to-implement.
